I had a pleasant stay overall at this boutique hotel. The room was spacious and clean, which was a big plus. While the service was mostly friendly, I did encounter some issues with responsiveness at certain times. The location was fantastic, allowing easy access to several cultural spots and eateries in the area. However, the mosquito issue in the room was quite bothersome.

The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, but the air conditioning left a little to be desired since it didn't cool the space adequately. I had a delightful stay at this boutique hotel, which is just a stone's throw from all the iconic restaurants and attractions in Penang. I loved the small indoor pool and enjoyed the clean and spacious room on the first day. On the downside, the noise from the nearby mosque at night was a bit distracting.
